RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following Return Policy only applies to online purchases made through www.bigbelieveingod.com

1. Returns are only accepted when you call us and explain your reason to return on the day you receive  your purchase.

2. As of now we do not offer exchanges. Any merchandise that is returned to our distribution center is inspected by our warehouse team and refunded accordingly with our return policy.
3. Return shipping is non-refundable.

 

LIMITATION

1. Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned.
2. Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
3. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED

1. Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. Please  log into your account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email - info@bigbeliveingod.com or call us (10 AM - 5:00 PM) - 303-886-3884 to initiate a Return
2. To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed while initiating return. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
3. Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
