RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped Date.
- As of now we do not offer exchanges. Any merchandise that is returned to our distribution center is inspected by our warehouse team and refunded accordingly with our return policy.
- Return shipping is non-refundable.
- Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
- Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 30 days from the shipped date. Please log into your account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email - email@example.com or call us (10 AM - 5:00 PM) - 303-886-3884 to initiate a Return
- To ensure proper processing, please select the appropriate Return Reason Code listed while initiating return. Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase.
